Rinse with filtered tap water
Repeat the KOH / CaCO3 procedure three times to ensure complete coverage of the mirror. It should be noted that considerable downward pressure is used during this step.

Use “C” and briefly rub surface with a wad of Kaydry EX-L Delicate Task wipers
